A Weekday

Everyday Evan and I email each other constantly.  You know in gmail how you can track how many times you email back and forth?  Well we always end a day around 40ish?  And today....he is home sick.  Which is a giant bummer, because then that means we must resort to texting.  Which if you haven't ever texted my husband, it takes him awhile.  He doesn't mean to neglect anyone, he gets easily side tracked.  Whether that be Xbox, or making a Totinos, let's be honest people he is a busy man.  So today has resorted to texting about nothing.  But our nothing conversations make for the best conversations.  Let me just end it as we are immature.  VERY immature.

So, husband, I hope you feel better.  Because I don't like when you're coughy and sick and tell me I only get kisses on the cheek.  It makes for a lame kiss good night or a lame welcome home kiss.  And when you ask for things, I can't laugh when you whine, because you honestly are sick.  It's rather sad.  But no matter what, despite your multi talents of coughing and farting at the same time, I get a few giggles in.  That's why I married you.

Other then that, I got called dear today.  For instance, "excuse me dear".  Now granted I have always looked young my entire life, calling me dear reminds me of the grandma in the neighborhood that hands out cookies to the neighborhood children.  It's just something you shouldn't say at a workplace.  My grandmas don't even call me dear.  They call Evan and I, FGK and FGKS.  Yes, we have initials, we are that cool with my grandparents.  And sorry, they don't adopt other grandchildren.  You have to be born or married in as cool as we are.

Other then that, nothing has really happened this week.  A good friend of mine got married yesterday, and no we didn't take pictures.  Everyone who reads our blog should know that we 100% suck at taking pictures.  I'm surprised we both manage to get into the car together without leaving each other.  We are working in baby steps towards being mature.  The wedding was so pretty, and the bride was stunning.  Other then that, we are camping this weekend and I plan on being drowned in the rain.  It's normally what happens whenever we head far East for camping/boating extravaganza.
