The Bachelorette

For those of you that haven't been watching, I'm sorry that you're missing the best show ever.  I am an avid watcher of the Bachelor/Bachelorette seasons.  Yes, yes I know that everyone thinks that are a giant hoax blah blah blah and that the success rate right now is like 2 for 15 BUT the show is wonderful.

For those that haven't been watching this little bit of gold, it is drama central.  Ali is the bachelorette and they have already caught one guy who had a girlfriend.  Well my friends, bachelor number two dirt bag Frank who as Evan says is so ugly and awkward he doesn't understand why he even is on the show, has an ex he can't live without apparently.  Frank, before they all head out to Tahiti, flies home to visit his ex.  Now I haven't decided yet if this is all ABC and their producers trying to come up with an elaborate plan or if this was for real.  But he goes and sees his ex and apparently they are soul mates blah blah blah whatever.  The part that was so so sad was Frank flying to Tahiti and telling Ali.  That you can't make up people.  She was crying and it was honestly the saddest thing I have ever seen.  This season has been rather disappointing.  ALMOST has disappointing as Jake choosing Vienna, but not quite to that level yet.  And yes we saw what a great match Jake and Vienna were they have already broken off their engagement.   But there leads to the next question.  What kind of people go on these shows?  Are all of them honestly there to find love and a spouse, or this like their claim to fame?  I can't believe that all these people can't go out and date like every other person in America does.  It just doesn't add up.  I would never go on a show like this.  It's sad that people put themselves through drama like this to get ratings.  And yes I'm one of those sick people that watch it, because that show is fabulous.  The last two guys Chris and Roberto seem pretty great though so hopefully Ali at least picks one of them.  Everyone should watch the finale, two weeks from now at 7pm ABC.  Be there!
